excellent stay near the beach
friendly check in big room soft mattress tea coffee
my check in was simple and friendly. the room was very big and smart, complete with a nice toilet and bathroom. the bed had an soft mattress. i also enjoyed having tea and coffee making facilities and a flat screen tv.
the weather was poor, but i was a little disappointed with breakfast as there were not many choices of items, and everything was the same each morning.

the room was lovely and spacious with good decoration. it had a sofa area to sit and relax. also, it was immaculately laid out and very clean upon arrival.

the bathroom had a big shower and under heated floor. the hotel is a few steps from the esplanade overlooking the beach. there is a car park just behind the hotel, convenient .

the breakfast box dropped off at the door was a nice touch. i found the breakfast roll delicious, a nice way to start the day. there was lots of choice and the quality was good.

the location was great near to the sea, town, restaurants and train station. it is a quiet location just two doors down from the sea promenade. it is within easy walking distance of the railway station too.

the room was spacious. the location was close to esplanade.
the hot basket left at the door was not good. i disliked the limited choice of items. everything tasted the same each morning.

decent stay with breakfast issues
limited variety tiresome contents
i found the breakfast arrangement impractical. the hot basket delivered to the door is a nice concept, however the limited variety grew tiresome quickly. every morning the contents were identical and lacked any variation. i would have preferred more flexibility with breakfast options.
