impersonal arrivalinconvenient stairs
The arrival was impersonal. I found an envelope with my name and keys. no staff greeted me. i also found the lack of an elevator inconvenient. Carrying luggage up the stairs wasn't fun. i was expecting more assistance for the price i paid.

i enjoyed the excellent position, close to so many places. the family run business catered to all my needs. the rooms had nice views, mostly over farmland and garden.
i did find the water pressure in the shower was quite low . it's a minor thing, but worth noting.

the location proved advantageous for nearby attractions. the breakfast included a wide variety of options. the staff were very kind , it seemed as though they really care about your stay.
upon arrival, i noticed a lack of immediate reception and only found an envelope. the room was equipped with one small bar of soap. the television remote control did not function, i have tried to replace the batteries, but it did not work.
