The floor was not thoroughly cleaned upon arrival. There was dust on the floor and corners. I requested an iron three times within 28 hours, but it never arrived.

I stayed here for three awesome nights. the breakfast egg service was a treat. the staff were super friendly and polite. i tried room service and the food was delicious and affordable. bus stops right outside made getting around so easy, especially to the city center. It's so convenient!

the hotel has super access to bus routes, meaning it's a short ride to the city center, also, there are plenty of cool shops and local restaurants around the hotel for quick dinners.

breakfast included tasty and diverse food options, so i always had something new to try, and the room service menu included very reasonably priced meals that came quickly to the room.

the staff was kind, and i received water and sweet treats upon arrival.
Upon arrival, the floor wasn't thoroughly cleaned, there was dust on the floor and in corners. the terrace had a loose wood panel. we asked for room service cleaning to be done, but the same sheets were used. The floor still had dust and lint and wasn't cleaned properly.
