Really good Hotel Stay, High Standards Met
excellent location spacious room clean room attentive staff
I found the location excellent with various stores and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious. It was clean and cute. Staff members were attentive. They were also friendly and made the check-in process smooth. The breakfast provided many options I liked. I travel often for work in Europe and the United States and this became one of my favorite hotels. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling solo with friends or family.

The room had a comfortable double bed with soft bed sheets, I slept very well. The bathroom featured modern fixtures. provided ample space for toiletries and personal items, so it was quite convenient. Air conditioning maintained a consistent and pleasant temperature.

The hotel had a breakfast room on the 9th floor. it also featured outdoor seating. I found a varied breakfast selection that offered a nice start to the day. The rooftop terrace offered amazing views of the surrounding area.

The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to public transportation options and various attractions. I found the location perfect. A 30 minutes walk took me to the downtown area. Sagrada Familia was also nearby, thus allowing easy exploration.

The floor was not thoroughly cleaned upon arrival. There was dust on the floor and corners. I requested an iron three times within 28 hours, but it never arrived.

amazing stay!
egg service friendly staff delicious food convenient location
I stayed here for three awesome nights. the breakfast egg service was a treat. the staff were super friendly and polite. i tried room service and the food was delicious and affordable. bus stops right outside made getting around so easy, especially to the city center. It's so convenient!

the hotel has super access to bus routes, meaning it's a short ride to the city center, also, there are plenty of cool shops and local restaurants around the hotel for quick dinners.

mixed experience, issues with cleanliness
loose wood panel dusty floor
the staff was kind, and i received water and sweet treats upon arrival.
Upon arrival, the floor wasn't thoroughly cleaned, there was dust on the floor and in corners. the terrace had a loose wood panel. we asked for room service cleaning to be done, but the same sheets were used. The floor still had dust and lint and wasn't cleaned properly.
