i really love that i received a room upgrade as soon as i got there. the location works amazing, its super near everything i wanted to see. the spa was an unexpected and awesome bonus, like a cherry on top of a sundae. i definitely would book again for a future visit.
the room i had did not get cleaned as quickly as i would have liked but it got cleaned eventually.

Wonderful Hotel Experience!

The breakfast was amazing. It was varied and included fresh fruit (I especially liked the pastries!). The pool area was very nice. It had plenty of loungers and offered a relaxing space to unwind after a day exploring. The staff was very friendly. They always greeted me with a smile and were quick to help with any questions I had.
The doors to the hallway were poorly isolated. I could clearly hear people coming and going at all hours, a bit disruptive at times. I hope they can improve the noise insulation to ensure a quieter stay in the future.

the receptionists were cute. the ambiance is chic and chilled. the room was perfect. the location is a quick walk from popular areas (i checked, it's really just 2 minutes!). i also had a relaxing aromatherapy massage before using the sauna, steam room, and massage pool.
the shower bathtub was not optimal. in my opinion, in most hotels you can ask for a late check-out the day before departure, not here (this wasn't a huge deal though).

the junior suite had a nice private balcony. my children especially enjoyed the pool every evening. the hotel staff showed great patience during a busy check-in. it was nice.
the tv kept turning on by itself every 45 minutes all night. it was very disruptive and made it impossible to get any rest. the front desk said other guests might control our tv and that is not acceptable.

the location was great! the staff were very helpful.
i was honestly a little disappointed. the room itself was nice, but when i first arrived the air conditioning wasn't working. we went a few days and eventually it became really uncomfortable, especially at night. maintenance came and looked and said it was faulty and missing a piece.
