The team ensured a nice experience. I received a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival. Breakfast featured many tasty options including delicious orange juice, a good touch to begin each day (I always look forward to that).
The room lacked a mirror near the dressing table. This made it slightly inconvenient when getting ready.

The staff was very friendly. Ahilin in the restaurant provided very attentive service. The professionalism of the staff. I appreciated her going above and beyond (especially during a busy period).
The air conditioning was a bit inconsistent.
