the room was clean and generally acceptable.
The noise insulation was awful. i could hear everything happening in the hallway and adjacent rooms. Sleep was difficult. the breakfast was also a letdown, with limited fresh options and the hot food tasted reheated. it was definitely not worth the extra cost.

i found the check-in to be very efficient and the information provided was comprehensive. my room had a superior sea view and i really liked it. i requested alternative pillows and they were provided quickly, this was useful.
i did find the soundproofing to be lacking, this was a bit of a drawback. also, the distance from the city centre is considerable!

the hotel staff were consistently professional and always cute, they took interest in my well being. their excellent english was especially helpful for me, i appreciate it.

The hotel is conveniently located opposite the beach and promenade. there is a taxi rank available right outside the hotel. It is also close to shops and bars, i liked it.

the reception was very helpful and friendly upon arrival. my room on the top floor offered a fine sea view. the bed was very comfortable and provided ample space, i slept well all nights.
The bathroom needs some updating. It is showing some age. this was my only issue , i hope the hotel addresses this soon.
