location is a winner!
great locationfriendly staffterrible smell
the location are great because it's near the train and bus station. reception works around the clock, and that works great as i show up past midnight. everyone was so friendly and ready to help, before and after my visit. the room has everything i need, clean and not too fancy.
i found a bad smell on the floor, it was worse in the room and bathroom. i can't sleep well. i am happy i only spend there one night to reach airport. the price are too much, even if it's cheap.

plenty places to eat nearby. the hotel don't have it's own restaurant, but you can go to some of the cafes and restaurant around, that works well for me.

it's easy to walk to places like soho or the city center and the train station. going to cities by train, such as seville and granada, are really easy. the value are good because it's close to main spots.

the room are clean and not too fancy with the added bonus of shampoo bottles. i had to keep anything above 100ml when i leave morocco. the space are big with cupboard and a table, but is pretty shady.

the reception staff are so helpful. the guy i see around 10pm are nice. the staff are gentle and nice. they let me check in before and keep my bag for me.

amazing stay near everything!
convenient locationhelpful stafffresh towels
i found the location super convenient, with many dining choices and it was a quick walk to the city center. the staff was polite and helpful with any questions i had (they are seriously amazing!). the room included air conditioning, fresh towels, and a hair dryer. i stayed three times already and it's been consistently great.
the walls are quite thin, and i could hear noise from the street. earplugs would definitely help with this.

The staff were very efficient. they were cute. the room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The pillows were just right, not too soft or hard.
The towels felt quite rough. it was as if they had not been washed with fabric softener. there was no coffee available. the coffee machine was out of service. i had to find a cafe about 300 meters away.

poor soundproofingblanket odour
I was a bit disappointed with the noise levels (i really needed a good rest). the soundproofing wasn't great, and i could hear quite a bit of noise from outside. also, the blanket on the bed had a strange smell. I prefer duvets for hygiene reasons.
