the room was fine. it was a superior room private pool sea view, very clean, and included great facilities. i especially loved the sea view. the hotel was well-kept and clean. maid service was reliable, providing water and amenities daily (i never had to ask for fresh towels). the staff was eager to help and ensured my stay was pleasant.

Amazing stay!

This hotel is modern and luxurious. The staff REALLY go above and beyond to. Eleftheria at reception and the restaurant staff were particularly great. I was very lucky with a room upgrade, and i'm very grateful for that. The hotel is beautifully designed and landscaped.
I noticed some damaged sunbed by the second pool. The top had snapped off. No one checked if I was okay, even after I reported the accident.

The room offered ample space and a curated aesthetic. Daily cleaning maintained really good standards. The room included a coffee machine. Fresh water was provided daily.

I was really looking forward to my stay, but i encountered a few issues. the shower in our room had noticeable black mould, it was quite off-putting. also, there were days when pool towels were unavailable. It was an inconvenience. i reminded me of the attention to detail was missing.
