a mixed bag, i guess.
subpar food quality slow order
The breakfast was supposed to be a big deal, but the food quality seemed subpar for what i paid. i think they skimped on variety for a supposed five-star place. plus, the service at the beach restaurant was slow. I waited almost an hour for a simple order, really annoying, beach restaurant service

very nice views private beach friendly service
the premium room provided very nice views and generous space. the private beach was relaxing and not too crowded due to the off-season visit. breakfast was enjoyable and the service proved helpful and friendly.

fresh products well kept beach diverse options
The breakfast buffet was excellent. It featured fresh, high-quality products, and the service team was very attentive. The hotel's private beach provided easy access to the sea. The sand was soft and well-kept. A variety of on-site restaurants offered diverse culinary options.
The room decor seemed a bit dated for a five-star hotel.

The suite featured a spacious living area, it included a separate bedroom. The bathroom had dual sinks, and a walk-in shower was available. The suite included a large balcony with seating, we loved the pool. but the view was amazing!

The staff at the front desk offered assistance. Housekeeping was efficient and thorough. They maintained the room very well. The concierge arranged excursions, and assisted with transportation, their services were valuable.
