The location was acceptable. It was near a few shops and restaurants
The room was not great. I booked a room that was meant to have a balcony. Upon arrival, that was not the case, a disappointment. It seems the rooms need sidelights. If you want to read in bed, you only have the overhead light. The chap on the front desk did not sort it out for us

Excellent Stay Near the Marina

The location was excellent, a short walk to Alimos Marina and several cafes. I found the room very clean, and it was tidied daily with fresh towels provided. The neighborhood felt safe and relatively quiet (a definite plus!). The open-air terrace on the roof offered a pleasant space for relaxation.
The automatic online check-in process proved somewhat inefficient.

The room included a spacious balcony equipped with a table and chairs (perfect for enjoying the outdoors). Comfortable beds and pillows ensured a restful sleep. The shower area was spacious and did not feel cramped, unlike some other places I have stayed.

An excellent taverna called Piri Piri is located right outside the hotel. There are many restaurants within a short walking distance, providing various dining options. I liked having all these choices (especially after a long day).

The room featured a very comfortable bed. It also included a large closet. I found bottled water in the fridge upon arrival.
The bathroom had a sewerage smell. The balcony had a leak. Items left there got soaking wet the next day.

Fantastic Find Near the Coast

The room was modern and well kept. I found the location quite convenient , placing me within a short walk of local shops and restaurants. I appreciated the helpful staff who were always available to assist with directions and information.
I noticed that soundproofing could use improvement. Noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms was sometimes audible, hard to fall asleep.

Several restaurants are very close , with a wide array of cuisines. I observed many cafes in the immediate vicinity . These are excellent for quick bites and coffee. The nearby restaurants provide both indoor and outdoor seating options.
