Excellent Facilities and Convenient Location

prime location thoughtful amenity convenient place

I appreciated the hotel's prime location near the beach. The walk to the night market took only ten minutes. The hotel provided towels for our island boat trip, a very thoughtful amenity. Starbucks in the lobby was convenient.

Housekeeping services lacked consistency . Although I requested service in the morning, sometimes it was not completed by late evening. I noticed dust and hair in the room upon arrival. The staff seemed unconcerned about the subpar cleaning.

The hotel features a huge pool with a pool bar and provides towels to bring to the beach. There is also a pool table available for recreation and a Starbucks counter is located in the lobby for added convenience. An indoor kids' play area is also available.

My room included a king size bed, providing plenty of space for comfortable rest. The shower was separated from the bathtub with great water pressure. Housekeeping is available daily if desired and the hotel facilities are of a 4 category.

The breakfast options were plentiful and satisfying with varied choices. Palm Garden Eatery provides food every hour . I sampled the tod mun goong, a fried prawn cake, and found it very crispy and enjoyable.

fantastic experience!

amazing pool spa facilities kids play area

i loved the amazing pool and the cafe. the restaurant was really nice too. the spa facilities were great and a big win was the kids' play area. my kids enjoyed it so much, especially thanks to staff namahom, who was wonderful and kept the kids engaged.

i found the rental car parking to be a bit limited. it wasn't a huge issue, but something to consider when driving. otherwise, everything else exceeded my expectations.
