i found the rooms spacious, modern, and clean. the price was also very good. it's about a 10 or 15 minute walk to the beach. the breakfast was great and valuable for its price. staffs were very nice. khun kai at reception gave us nice service and information.

I did find the decor rather bare. It felt clinical. the lack of common lounge areas.

the room was clean.

The hotel has two buildings. the lobby is in the back building. I had to drag all my luggage up a very steep ramp to check in. if your room is in the front building, you have to drag it all the way back. the gym had a loose light fitting.

amazing room and convenient location!

The hotel rooms were large with a super convenient bed! the front desk gave us cliff view rooms on the third floor with a big balcony. my family loved it. check-in was smooth, and the beach is close, about 900 meters! there is a nice cafe right outside. I enjoyed a good coffee there. there are lots of eateries and street food shops nearby.

The breakfast spread offered a decent variety of options each morning, including both western and local dishes! the coffee was also quite good. I really enjoyed it. the restaurant staff worked hard to keep everything stocked and clean.

The room had everything i needed and more. it felt spacious. the beds were comfortable for a good night's sleep! there was a mini-fridge available. That was helpful. the air conditioning worked well.

the hotel is close to many shops! it is also near many restaurants and a 7/11, all within minutes. it is a short walk to the beach and boats. the position is very prime.
