the hotel offered good food options i found the staff very polite and helpful. the spa center had a nice garden with sunbeds it was very relaxing after a swim. i really enjoyed the massage the masseuse was amazing.
the room was a tiny size i reminded me of it was one of the smallest rooms i have ever stayed in. the bed and pillows were not the most comfortable this is subjective. the shower was okay but the toilet was very small

The location was great for access to the gondola. Ski hire was conveniently located on the ground floor. The food selection was excellent, representing good value for a family. I found the spa facilities a bonus with a pool, sauna, steam room, and gym.
The towel dryer in my room did not work. It made drying ski jackets difficult.

Ski hire was available which was really convenient. Staff members were pleasant I thought.
The sheets were quite old they had bumps. It was not really comfortable to sleep on them. The dinner was alright I believe but nothing was particularly delicious.
