i found the staff helpful and courteous. the bedroom was lovely. (it had a nice view). the location was fabulous and the accommodation had everything i needed.
I didn't like the access to the car park, it wasn't mentioned prior. i didn't like the tiny pod size room. There was barely space to place your bag. i also didn't like the lack of soundproofing between rooms. You could hear everything next door.

the staff worked hard so i enjoyed my stay they even secured my bicycle for the night. they offered to dry my wet clothes quickly it was a very kind gesture. breakfast was big and excellent i really loved it. i also parked my car there for several days this was very helpful to me
the car park access wasn't mentioned ahead of time this was a small inconvenience.

the breakfast menu had wide choices each meal was tasty and looked good. the dinner menu changed daily with many choices for each meal course. everything i ate tasted great and the staff were nice.

the room provided good facilities and a great shower this was much appreciated. the beds felt comfortable and cosy the rooms were also clean. i found a nice sitting area downstairs with a tv and bathroom.

the hotel benefits from its location near the Hadrian's wall. the area offers nice routes for walks and the scenery is soothing. nearby are Roman historical places offering a glimpse into the past.

all staff members were great the staff were also very friendly. the staff could do enough to help me enjoy my stay they were also obliging. i received a lift from the hotel owner.

The location is great, placing the hotel in the town center. The beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and included free parking. The staff were both friendly and very helpful.. I ate dinner in the restaurant. It was tasty and reasonably priced.
The access to the car park could have been clearer beforehand.

I enjoyed a 3-course meal one evening. The service was pleasant and the food was excellent. There were plenty of house special starters to choose from. My steak was cooked perfectly and the homemade ice cream was delicious.

The hotel is great location for Hadrian's Wall, the railway station and parkrun. This made traveling to nearby landmarks very convenient. It allowed me to experience the attractions without difficulty.

The second floor room was very spacious. The en-suite was similarly sized. I also appreciated the comfy beds and fluffy towels. There was also a heated tiled floor in the en-suite, a nice feature.
