fantastic location and attentive staff

the hotel provided a top floor room as requested and ensured our comfort i appreciated their assistance when needed the location is convenient being just around the corner from a famous landmark the staff were lovely and accommodating i received a complimentary upgrade to a suite with two bedrooms and a complimentary bottle of champagne this made the experience very special.

the air conditioning was not functional though they supplied a portable unit it was quite loud which impacted sleep quality
