limited reception hourscold jacuzzi water
the limited reception hours are a real problem. it is difficult to get any help after 5 pm. i sent messages, but they went unanswered. the staff seemed much less friendly after i paid. also, the jacuzzi instructions were unclear and the water was cold! it takes eight hours to heat, so i could not use it the first night.
