The receptionist I spoke with was fairly helpful.

The bathroom design was odd. You had to stand in the shower to close the door. I'm not tall, yet I hit my head on a low beam in the bathroom often. I feel the room was overpriced given this issue.

The location is very close to the center, it made walking around easy. the cleaning was done daily. the staff were communicative and helpful. I especially appreciated the reception desk!

The bathroom was quite small. The shower design allowed water to easily spill onto the floor. More absorbent bath mats are needed. The room lacked a full-length mirror. This omission was inconvenient.
