Some Issues Need Addressing
dirty balconyfaulty air conditioning
I encountered a few problems . The air conditioning barely worked during the day. It only cooled properly at night. Our balcony was also dirty with filthy chairs and a table. It wasn't pleasant to sit outside.

The hotel location proved convenient with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. The rooftop pool offered amazing sea views. I found the staff helpful. They promptly addressed all my needs. The rooms were immaculate with well-equipped facilities including a really good bathroom. Breakfast provided a good selection of tasty choices.
I noticed the corridors were smoke-filled. This detracted from an otherwise good experience.

The staff ensured my needs were met. They provided a quick response to requests. There was a warm welcome upon arrival. I appreciated the personal attention throughout my stay. Everyone was happy to help.

Two swimming pools were available. One was on the roof with amazing sea views. The pool bar provided a great selection of drinks and snacks. I found prices reasonable. The pool area was kept tidy.
