great locationtasty food
The location is great a short walk to White Sand beach. I found many deck chairs available with a great view. Restaurants nearby offer tasty food at reasonable prices I appreciated that the staff was lovely.
The AC occasionally turned on and off I noticed.

The hillside pool was quieter and offered relaxation. Breakfast included a good selection of items. I rented a car from the hotel, and the process was smooth. A massage place and a 7-Eleven are conveniently located nearby.
The shower pressure was somewhat low.

The pool area had an acceptable number of sunbeds.
The air conditioning unit continuously turned on and off. The room also was to be unclean. I observed excessive dust on the bathroom's wood curtain. It was possible to write in it. For the price charged, I anticipated a higher standard of accommodation.

The pool overlooked the sea. It had plenty of sun beds. Some offered shade from the trees and others provided sun umbrellas. Breakfast was the highlight, probably the best I've had in Thailand. A great selection of fresh food was eaten poolside.

the staff was friendly and helpful at the reception. the location was convenient with shops and restaurants nearby.
I encountered issues with hot water in my room. The temperature fluctuated a lot. one morning, there was NO hot water AVAILABLE at all. this made showering unpleasant.

The hotel is conveniently near a supermarket and several restaurants, great for quick errands. I found a scooter rental at the hotel for 300 baht a day, A CONVENIENT WAY to explore. The pool area offered ample sunbeds and towels (the staff constantly replenished them). Breakfast had an egg station, toast, and fruit. I appreciated the variety.
There is no sandy beach directly at the hotel, it requires a short walk to reach the nicer parts of White Sand Beach.

The room size was adequate at approximately 30 square meters. The room was cleaned daily, nice. Strong internet access was available in the rooms and throughout the hotel.

The staff provided helpful assistance. They were always smiling and quick to help. The male receptionist at checkout spoke excellent English (a HUGE plus).

Two swimming pools were available, one by the sea and another on the hillside. More kayaks and paddle boards were added. The sunbeds were upgraded since my last visit.
