the restaurant provided a nice breakfast.

i found ants and cockroaches in my room and that was not ok given this hotels price. the hotel did not cancel our reservation or refund our money. they offered a massage or dinner instead, i think there is better quality for less money elsewhere.

the architecture features traditional thai hardwood carvings on a modern base. my room was a pool suite water view on the third floor. the private plunge pool offered a great view of the river and rainforest. the staff were friendly and always willing to help.

the resort is down a dirt track from the main road. a shuttle service runs, however, it is not frequent.

the resort is set amidst mountains and a river, a great backdrop during breakfast. paths and trees are lit beautifully in the evenings. it creates a peaceful atmosphere.

the staff provided really good service throughout my stay. they were attentive, always smiling, and anticipated every need with genuine care. the hotel ensured a seamless experience (i really appreciated this!).
