unclean beach broken glass
The staff was very attentive. Passion fruit cocktails are now my favourite.
I was very disappointed. The beach was not cleaned in a long time. My daughter picked up multiple cigarette and weed buds plus some broken pieces of PVC and glass.

Our hideaway pool villa was fantastic! the staff always seemed happy to help with anything i needed. the breakfast selection included so much food. i also really liked that the hotel provided a bus to the main road making it easy to get around..
the hotel felt a bit dated in some areas.

Wooden Decor Paradise

The bedroom had amazing wooden decor. It included a pool and bath. Breakfast offered a beautiful variety of different foods. Drinks were also included. The view was very nice alongside breakfast. It made it worth the money.
The hotel condition feels run-down and requires maintenance. Repairs are quick fixes instead of real improvements. The flooring was slippery. My baby fell several times.

cockroach problem no refund
the restaurant provided a nice breakfast.
i found ants and cockroaches in my room and that was not ok given this hotels price. the hotel did not cancel our reservation or refund our money. they offered a massage or dinner instead, i think there is better quality for less money elsewhere.

serene and soulful stay
thai carvings private pool friendly staff
the architecture features traditional thai hardwood carvings on a modern base. my room was a pool suite water view on the third floor. the private plunge pool offered a great view of the river and rainforest. the staff were friendly and always willing to help.
the resort is down a dirt track from the main road. a shuttle service runs, however, it is not frequent.

the resort is set amidst mountains and a river, a great backdrop during breakfast. paths and trees are lit beautifully in the evenings. it creates a peaceful atmosphere.

the staff provided really good service throughout my stay. they were attentive, always smiling, and anticipated every need with genuine care. the hotel ensured a seamless experience (i really appreciated this!).
