scalding water freezing water
breakfast had a decent selection and filled me up before i went out.
My room was unbearably warm, even with the window open. i also discovered the shower temperature fluctuated wildly between scalding and freezing. It made showering quite the adventure. i told the staff about these issues, but nothing really changed .

the staff were friendly, that was acceptable.
The bathroom was really cold. I mentioned it, but nothing happened. the free wifi was very slow. i had to use my own data plan.

nearby parking friendly staff great option spacious room
i enjoyed the location. the hotel provided a voucher for nearby parking. it was only a short walk. the staff were very friendly.. helpful, too. breakfast offered a great cooked option, a real feast. our room was spacious, comfortable and cozy.
my room faced a road junction. road noise persisted all night. this made sleeping difficult.

the location felt central. the breakfast included a fresh fruit salad. the shower delivered a good experience. the staff seemed friendly.

great location family room comfortable room hot room rude manager poor water pressure
the location was excellent. the staff helped us find a table for dinner (i really appreciated that). the family room was large and comfortable.
the room was too hot, and it never cooled down. the manager was rude and condescending (i found this very unprofessional). the water pressure in the shower was poor.

The hotel has a great location very near to the cathedral gate. I found a bath next to the bed in my room. It was a lovely surprise. Breakfast included a wide selection of options.
The WiFi was quite poor . I noticed that the bedroom decor was basic in my specific room. I also found the shower temperature fluctuated between hot and cold.
