the room was too hot, and it never cooled down. the manager was rude and condescending (i found this very unprofessional). the water pressure in the shower was poor.

The hotel has a great location very near to the cathedral gate. I found a bath next to the bed in my room. It was a lovely surprise. Breakfast included a wide selection of options.
The WiFi was quite poor . I noticed that the bedroom decor was basic in my specific room. I also found the shower temperature fluctuated between hot and cold.
