Excellent Stay near the River

I appreciated the well-equipped room, it included an ironing board and iron. Tea and coffee making items WERE also provided. The public areas were clean. there was an outside seating area behind the building.
Changing bedsheets every five days for a two week stay is absurd.

The room was a good size and well-equipped, also I noted the comfortable mattress and bright bathroom. Instant hot water was available and efficient hot air heating was installed, this included an air conditioning option.

The location was lovely. I found it to be a nice, quiet country setting, this featured good views. The hotel is near to Poole and Bournemouth. Access is available via a bus or a car.

The food was amazing x. There WAS plenty of variety on the hot breakfast buffet, it offered cereal, fresh fruit and yoghurt. The hotel also has a restaurant. I heard the carvery is excellent.

The staff was happy to help with any queries, even for public transport. Chefs were clean and neat I observed. Domestic staff were always happy. Staff members were very friendly and helpful.

The staff were friendly and efficient. My riverside king room was spacious with AMAZING views. The air conditioning worked perfectly. It was much needed during the hot weather. I appreciated the tea and coffee facilities in my room.

The hotel offers plenty of parking space . The hotel is set close to the river. It provides a wonderful backdrop for relaxation, especially when enjoying a quiet drink in the evening.

Breakfast was excellent, and I especially recommend the croissants. I had one evening meal in the restaurant, and it was also excellent. The menu offered a good choice of meals to suit various preferences.

professional staffoutdated menurock hard eggs
The staff were PROFESSIONAL and cute.
The menu HAS not changed in years. I think it really needs updating for regular guests. My gammon and eggs included two rock hard fried eggs on top.
