amazing riverside retreat!

i loved the shuttle service. it ran into town whenever i needed a ride, even after dinner. this meant i could leave my car parked safely and not worry about driving. the staff were super friendly and gave me great recommendations for local restaurants.
the shower temperature was inconsistent. it kept switching from hot to cold which was a little startling

the staff were very helpful and professional in their approach. victoria, the receptionist, really went the extra mile to find the perfect room, that suited my needs, she was awesome. kevin drove the super convenient and flexible shuttle service.

the hotel had a fantastic area at the rear. it offered a lovely view of the river and cathedral, such a treat. the hotel provided an evening shuttle service into town, that was very helpful. i walked through the cathedral close, it was an easy walk to the town center!

The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a free shuttle bus available. The hotel had convenient parking. The location offers a nice view.
The room lacked sufficient storage. There was only one small table. The sofa bed made noises when moving. The bathroom had nowhere to put toiletries.

The staff was polite and helpful. They operate a free shuttle bus into town after 6 PM. I received two complimentary drinks upon arrival, a pleasant surprise. My room had air conditioning, which I found very useful.
The hotel lacks a restaurant, so I had to walk into town for dinner.

river avonhelpful staff
the location near the river avon is fine!!! i loved the views of the cathedral. i arrived early and found the staff gave me a map with directions for a short walk into town.
The shower head dropped out of its holder a few times. It narrowly missed my feet.

the breakfast was very good. there was plenty of choice. they have electrical charging points for cars. they have a courtesy shuttle service. it takes you to and from the main town square. it is very convenient for going out for a meal. i did not have to worry about parking.
the room was smaller than expected. i thought it would be bigger for the price. the ceilings are very low. it was awkward to move around. the shower runs hot and cold. it made showering difficult.
