the hotel was easy to locate. public transport links were situated nearby. i found the house clean, tidy, and well looked after. early checkin was provided.
i noticed that the pillows on the bed were too flat.

the staff was attentive and accommodating to our needs. the room included usb outlets and adapters for european chargers, which proved very useful. the daily housekeeping service refreshed the room, leaving fresh coffee and tea bags. after checkout, they allowed us to store our luggage at reception until our flight.

uncomfortable bed inflexible hotel
the location was quite good, it was close to public transport.
my room felt quite small and was not as shown in pictures. the bed was so uncomfortable, i barely slept. i also needed to change my reservation, but they were not flexible at all. it was very frustrating.

the location near west hampstead tube station was very convenient. i found several restaurants nearby. the neighborhood was quiet at night. the room was clean upon arrival and the bed was comfortable for my stay.
i did notice some slight wear and tear in the bathroom but it was ok.
