good locationuncomfortable bedinflexible hotel
the location was quite good, it was close to public transport.
my room felt quite small and was not as shown in pictures. the bed was so uncomfortable, i barely slept. i also needed to change my reservation, but they were not flexible at all. it was very frustrating.

the location near west hampstead tube station was very convenient. i found several restaurants nearby. the neighborhood was quiet at night. the room was clean upon arrival and the bed was comfortable for my stay.
i did notice some slight wear and tear in the bathroom but it was ok.

staff provided fresh towels daily and also replenished the coffee sugar and tea supplies in the room and cleaning service was provided and kept the room tidy.

the room was very clean. i found the bed comfortable, always a big plus. the location was great as it was close to the tube station, various restaurants, and stores. check-in was also quick and easy.

Breakfasts at lola bakery are very nice. A discount of 25% for the guesthouse's guests is available. there are several good cafes and restaurants located nearby. tesco is just around the corner, it's quite convenient.

i had a large room, and the heating worked well. the shower facilities were excellent and the room was super well looked after. the good quality pillows and comfy mattress made for a great sleep.

the staff was pleasant, helpful, and cute. the check-in and check-out process was organised well without any unforeseen issues of any kind. the staff reacted fast to any problems, everything was top notch.
