spacious rooms refreshment replacement smart room upgraded room unmade bed hotel bar
The rooms are spacious. Twice-daily cleaning and refreshment replacement happened without me requesting it. A smart room was fully controlled with a tablet.
I had to pay for an upgraded room. That was disappointing. The bed wasn't. There is no bar in the hotel.

bright space classic linen muted tone
the bedroom was spacious. it had large windows. mirrors afforded a bright space. the bed linen felt classic, and the carpets featured soft muted tones.
The radiator in the bathroom was on high. I could not turn it off myself.

bad view chemical taste
The view from my Beautiful Metropolitan City Double Room was not great. I also found that the bathroom radiator was stuck on a high setting. It was summer (a hot one), so the heat was UNCOMFORTABLE. Staff had to turn it off from the outside. I noticed water leaked from the shower. Breakfast had a strange chemical taste (maybe from the dishes?).

Really good Hospitality and Prime Location
friendly team neat room central location helpful doormen
The team members are cute and helpful i found. Rooms are neat i noticed and cleaned twice daily. I was impressed with the location it is quite central. The doormen are very friendly and always ready to assist with directions or transportation.
i stayed in a room with a slightly obstructed view, a minor letdown.

The location was great. The staff were friendly.. especially receptionist Barkha. My room had a nice view.
The bed was not made up after the first night. The hotel has no bar. I had to pay extra for an upgraded room.
