the owners seemed quite friendly and always attentive. i really liked the secure grounds with gates. i appreciated the restaurant recommendations offered, that were helpful, when i asked. the rooms were tidy with everything i needed.

i noticed some tired aspects needing renewal. i hope it is something they can address soon

the hotel is about an hour from calais, ideal before crossing the channel. it is close to abbeville. the surroundings were peaceful and relaxing, i appreciated it.

the family suite provided ample space, and the shower was REALLY good. i enjoyed playing cards in the grand living room. seeing the goats, ponies, and horse was a particular highlight of the stay. the quiet country location offered a peaceful retreat.

the chateau felt a LITTLE tired, although its ambiance remained fantastic.

the owners, two brothers, greeted us warmly upon arrival. they were very accommodating and eager to assist with anything needed. their passion for the chateau and its history was evident. they ensured a comfortable stay.

the grounds included friendly goats, ponies, and a horse which guests could interact with. breakfast featured massive croissants and a variety of other food. our room overlooked the rear garden which was beautiful. there were extra pillows and blankets available.
