the hotel location is excellent with nearby ruins. the concierge proved capable and friendly . my room had a fabulous bathroom and maintained cleanliness. dinner service offered very good food.
my visit lacked air conditioning, which impacted comfort levels.

The hotel had a really beautiful and convenient location. Parking options were plentiful and made things easier. The staff were friendly. Breakfast in my room tasted fresh and delicious. The staff ensured i had everything i needed, which i appreciate.
Access was difficult with cases, but overall, experience was very good.

I had a wonderful stay! there were plenty of parking options which was convenient. my dog was warmly welcomed with tasty treats at check-in, a lovely touch. the staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling, the service was excellent. i ordered breakfast in my room. Everything was fresh and delicious.
i noticed there isn't any air conditioning in the rooms, a little uncomfortable even in may. i was given a fan, but it didn't help a great deal. i hope this gets addressed for future visits.
