the hotel offers a location walkable to many places. i appreciated the friendly staff i encountered. the lobby bar proved to be a great place to gather. the new hotel presented a clean atmosphere i found.
the climate control seemed a little difficult. rooms were warm. the moderation was challenging.

the receptionist, karen, was INCREDIBLY helpful. She ensured a smooth check-in process. The rooms are modern and maintained spotlessly. The mattresses are great, complemented by fresh linens. The parking IS secure and quite convenient due to a beneficial arrangement.
i noticed the breakfast offerings were somewhat limited during MY stay. the selection could benefit from a greater variety of choices.

the room was modern and clean. i appreciated the secure parking right next to the hotel (it was very convenient).
The breakfast was a bit disappointing. The selection was limited and some items ran out quickly. i also found the staff at breakfast somewhat disorganized. it seems like they struggled to keep up with the demand during busy times.
