Château La France encompasses 90 hectares (222 acres) as one of the largest estates in the Bordeaux region. Of the 78 hectares currently under production, 68 are classified as AOC Bordeaux Supérieur rouge, while 10 hectares are AOC Bordeaux Blanc Sec. The vinification cellar utilizes a special gravity system, which enhances the quality and aromatic potential of the grapes.

Guests can partake in tastings that provide a direct purchase option of wines produced on-site. The Vitishow, located at Château de Seguin, offers an engaging sound and light experience detailing the life of the vineyard year-round. Visitors learn about century-old vineyard equipment and the entire winemaking process from grape-picking to bottling.

The hotel offers a majestic 19th-century castle with six bedrooms, accommodating up to 14 guests. Each room provides a private bathroom and access to a private terrace with garden furniture. Additional amenities include a sauna and jacuzzi available until 22:00 during guests' stay.

Château La France is committed to reducing its carbon footprint through local partnerships and sustainable initiatives. In 2017, the Mottet family launched a reforestation program, planting over 130,000 trees across 84 hectares. This initiative captures more than 12,500 tons of CO2 over 30 years.

Located just 20 kilometers from the UNESCO World Heritage site of Saint-Emilion, guests can explore prestigious vineyards nearby.
