The staff provided assistance numerous times, always eager to help with directions and recommendations. i especially recall ouahiba and mikala at the front desk. They were helpful. our room's air conditioning was effective, a very welcome feature during the hot weather. the bed proved very comfortable with excellent linens.

I did find the noise levels a little disruptive. Sounds from the corridor persisted throughout the night. my sleep was occasionally disturbed by these sounds. greater soundproofing would greatly improve the experience.

i booked this hotel expecting a luxurious experience. the air conditioning looked old and somewhat dirty. the fan in the bathroom was broken. i also had lukewarm water for a shower one morning.
