dining options helpful staff fine interior convenient access
The front desk offered assistance with local restaurant recommendations. I found Camille to be particularly helpful in suggesting nearby dining options.. The bar displayed excellent cocktails and a fine interior design. The hotel's location near tram stops facilitated easy access to main shopping streets. I appreciated this convenient access.
i noticed the elevator sometimes required a short wait due to staff use.

tender moments in central streets
helpful staff comfortable bed effective air conditioning
The staff provided assistance numerous times, always eager to help with directions and recommendations. i especially recall ouahiba and mikala at the front desk. They were helpful. our room's air conditioning was effective, a very welcome feature during the hot weather. the bed proved very comfortable with excellent linens.
I did find the noise levels a little disruptive. Sounds from the corridor persisted throughout the night. my sleep was occasionally disturbed by these sounds. greater soundproofing would greatly improve the experience.

Fresh choices greeted us each morning during breakfast. local products highlighted breakfast. It was a treat to taste this region. i found it simple yet elegant.

The staff demonstrated constant helpfulness. Their friendly approach set the tone. i recall staff always greetied each guest, each encounter felt special. directions and activity ideas flowed easily.

The breakfast had many choices. I saw fresh pastries and fruit salad. The location was AMAZING. It was near shops and the tram.
the elevator was ONLY one. i had to wait a bit SOMETIMES.

old air conditioning broken fan
the staff at the front desk were helpful. camille helped me find a good restaurant for dinner nearby.
i booked this hotel expecting a luxurious experience. the air conditioning looked old and somewhat dirty. the fan in the bathroom was broken. i also had lukewarm water for a shower one morning.
