i found excellent service in the hotel. the surroundings were wonderful. the frame smart tv set was fantastic, a nice tea set and coffee making facilities were also in the room. a special safe inlay and minibar completed the amenities. the beds and bathrooms were great.
flies were everywhere. it was a small detail, but slightly annoying.

the staff was very friendly and accommodating, I did appreciate that.
The restaurant was a letdown, it couldn't handle my dietary needs even though I told them WAY ahead of time. I don't get why they could do vegan snacks, but not actual meals. They served me just veggies and still charged the full price. the manager offered drinks, BUT it didn't fix the awful dinner.

The breakfast included fresh pastries and local jams. The room featured a rainfall shower and separate soaking tub. I found the hotel grounds to have manicured gardens and a large swimming pool.
The bathroom window lacked blackout curtains, which allowed too much light in the morning.

The restaurant was a big letdown I informed them months ahead about my dietary needs The kitchen provided vegan hors d'oeuvres but failed to adjust the main meals My lamb lacked sauce It made dinner too dry There were no vegan options either
