The breakfast dishes were very nice. They really added to the experience. Staff helped me pay a parking fine. Bruno was WONDERFUL. The staff was very helpful in general.
My room did not have a fridge. There was a moldy smell in the room. That was unfortunate. The room was poorly soundproofed, too.

The breakfast was acceptable.
My room had a serious issue. The shower was located INSIDE the bedroom, not in a separate bathroom. A strong mold smell permeated the bedroom, a serious problem for anyone with sensitivities.

the staff were friendly and the customer service was acceptable.
my room faced the street, so i had to keep the curtains closed. this made the room dark and not well-ventilated. the room also wasn't soundproofed well and i could hear a lot of noise from outside and the buildings nearby.

The breakfast setup IS GORGEOUS. the staff was SO friendly and helpful. they provided maps and answered all questions. the room was very spacious. It included a balcony. it had chairs to seat and enjoy the FRESH air. there were restaurants nearby and a market!
the sound insulation was not the best. i could hear EVERY door slam. i also HEARD people talking in rooms next door.

the hotel WAS around twenty minutes walking distance from the main attractions. it IS near public transport options. the area HAS a nice ambiance and is near cafes. it WAS very easy to access different parts.

the beautiful double room was SPACIOUS and nicely decorated. the bed AND pillows felt amazing. a balcony with seating WAS included. the room had high ceilings and a CRAZY bathtub.

acceptable breakfastslow drainimproper door
the breakfast WAS fine, i did not have ANY complaints ABOUT it.
the bathroom WAS a PROBLEM. after EACH shower, the floor ended UP FLOODED because the drain WAS slow. the bathroom door also WOULD NOT close properly.
