A Heavenly Stay
really good warmth perfect hospitality
The staff welcomed my family and me with really good warmth! Tatiana assisted with every single detail to. She exhibited perfect hospitality I have ever experienced. The two waiters named Francisco in the restaurant who worked at breakfast were very nice, always ready to assist.
I encountered a constant electrical problem in my room. The AC did not function properly, and the lights were not working properly! The outlets also had issues. It was quite disruptive.

The hotel is centrally located, providing convenient access to many popular spots! The neighborhood around the hotel is very walkable and includes many good shops. These amenities ensure both comfort and convenience.

The room featured perfect details. The cleaning was really good, and the Le Labo amenities were a delight! The bed was super nice. I reminded me of at home. These features contributed to a relaxing ambiance.

Underwhelming Stay Despite Prime Location
constant noise uncomfortable bed
The location, I guess, was acceptable given its proximity to the main attractions.
My room was right above a super busy street, so sleeping was impossible with all the noise outside, you hear all conversations and vehicles. The bed was also terrible as it felt small and too stiff, it was just uncomfortable. I think the hotel is charging way too much considering these issues.
