kind staff clean facilities helpful staff
I had a very pleasant stay. The staff were professional and kind from security to reception. Every single staff member was on point and helpful. I felt really welcome here. The facilities were good, and the level of cleanliness was great, which I appreciate.
There was some music from a club sometimes.

wonderful stay
friendly staff spacious room
i found the staff friendly. everything was clean. the room was spacious. i was able to relax well in the hotel.
the elevator only went up to the seventh floor. i needed to use the stairs to reach the eighth floor. the eighth floor had a poorer interior.

convenient location friendly staff helpful staff shuttle service
The hotel location was advantageous because it was right next to the VFS Global Visa Center office. It was very handy because I had an early morning appointment. I found the staff to be super friendly plus very helpful at all times. The hotel offers an hourly shuttle service. It goes to Taksim Square. I liked it.
There was a club in the basement. Loud music plus bass vibrations kept me awake a whole night.

The reception staff welcomed guests with extreme kindness. Ahmet was always available to help with different situations. Dilan greeted guests with a large smile plus much kindness during breakfast service.

Breakfast included decent Turkish cuisine. I found fresh honey, börek, eggs, bread. cheese available. The buffet was rich with an extensive selection. I particularly enjoyed the Turkish cooking.

The hotel provided a shuttle service to Taksim Square, I found this very convenient. The staff at the front desk were friendly and cute. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices. The room had comfortable beds and I slept very well.
The music from the night club downstairs was audible until late. I found it slightly disturbing.

The room was spacious and well-kept and offered a comfortable stay with ample space for luggage. The housekeeping service ensured it was kept clean. There were two separate sinks in the bathroom and a rainfall shower.

The hotel staff was amazing. Ahmed was particularly helpful. i enjoyed a very good massage at the spa. the rooms were nice and neat, just as i expected.
the hotel's standard rooms are a bit smaller than expected.

efficient staff spacious room enjoyable pool
i found the staff very helpful and efficient, right from reception to housekeeping. our beautiful double or twin room city view was very clean and quite spacious. my family really enjoyed the pool. despite having to leave briefly.
the elevator had some minor issues . it wasn't a major problem, but slightly inconvenient.
