Excellent Stay with Great Views

I appreciated the view of the mountains directly from the room. A self-service bar was available. It was quite convenient. The room was super clean and spacious.

The hotel staff wasn't organized, and it caused some inconvenience. I paid for the checkout before breakfast because I needed to catch an early train, but I was contacted later about an alleged non-payment.

The hotel is near the city center. The escalator from the train station and underground parking are nearby, providing good access. This is convenient for transportation.

The hotel includes a historical building with traditional alpine charm, very nice. My room enjoyed superb views. It added to the experience. Early check-in was accommodated, helpful.

Breakfast offered good selections and an excellent location, with a lake view. The hotel offers real American dripped coffee, which I found particularly satisfying. I liked the taste of the bread as well.

The location was convenient with shops nearby and a bus stop not far away.

I found it weird the reception closes early and no one is available afterward so imagine my surprise when I discovered my room was missing towels and there was no way to get any until the next morning I find the price they ask too high for this to happen.
