i found the breakfast selection to be comprehensive and satisfying. fresh bottles of water were restocked daily in my room's fridge. the helpful staff ensured i had a comfortable experience throughout my stay.

the courtyard occasionally had events and music late into the evening. this sometimes made it difficult to relax in my room at night. this affected my overall experience slightly.

the staff helped with directions (always with a smile). i enjoyed the location near shops and restaurants. breakfast was provided in a beautiful hall. i found everything very clean.

My room was a bit cold. the heating system struggled to keep up. the shower door didn't close properly. The bathroom flooded with each use. the inner courtyard could be noisy.

the plastic awning covering the inner courtyard created a greenhouse effect. air conditioning was not working. mosquitoes would invade because they don't have mosquito nets on the windows. i found this problematic
