excellent central hotel
helpful adviceconvenient locationbad isolation
the staff offered helpful advice and information at reception. they proved very convenient for walking to the passenger terminal. the location proved great for lots of things to see! the port was very close by.
The hotel room had very bad acoustic isolation. i could hear everything from the hallway. It was quite bothersome.

The room was kept very clean, which i always appreciate. it included very good air conditioning. This proved vital in the warm weather. the fluffy pillows.

The hotel is located in an excellent spot in the city center. it allows short travel from the airport bus, straight to the street. there were lots of good restaurants located nearby. I sampled several.

The breakfast room is at the top floor with a lovely balcony view! breakfast offered a great choice and a wide selection. the breakfast was really good. I enjoyed the offerings.

i visited with my brother and the hotel's location allowed easy walks to many sites. we found convenient access to both the metro and trains plus nearby pick-up points for day trips. i especially appreciated the extensive breakfast food options with quick service when we requested a cooked breakfast. the staff, particularly shana at reception, were very helpful and kind.
the hotel room felt a bit outdated and did not match the expectation for a 4-star hotel. our room's view was limited, and while the room size was acceptable, the ac was not working effectively. additionally, the bathroom's fixtures showed considerable wear.

breakfast buffet offered fresh fruit options and individually prepared coffee each morning. the breakfast service did not have a machine for mass coffee preparation. the hotel is located near a variety of restaurants and popular activities.
