The staff was very kind and available 24 hours a day!!
The carpet REALLY bothered me because it was all over the floor and it collected dust. Velvet curtains collected dust too. I saw mold in the bathroom, a NIGHTMARE.

i was super excited about the location, it was like, bam, right in the heart of everything! the interior was very stylish, really caught my eye. staff was so friendly and always ready to help, loved that!
the elevator was quite small, i found it a little inconvenient when i have luggage.

The hotel offered a free glass of wine each day at 5 pm. I found several good restaurants close by. Rosenborg Slot and its garden were a short distance from the hotel. Both are definite must-sees. The staff was always friendly and helpful .
The room could have used a little updating.

The location is AMAZING, being in a quiet side street in the center. This makes walking to different sights convenient. Access to Rosenborg Castle and its park is easy. Several good restaurants are also nearby.

The staff at reception spoke perfect English and were cute. They allowed us to use the luggage room for the entire day after we checked out (our flight was at 10pm). This saved us from carrying our luggage around the city.
The walls seemed a bit thin. It was sometimes hard to sleep due to hearing people walking and talking outside.
