poor ventilationbroken elevator
i stayed here for a few nights, and while the location was great, i had a couple of issues. the ventilation in my room was terrible. it faced the inside of the hotel and smelled strongly of food from the restaurant below, a constant reminder of what i wasn't eating. also, one of the two elevators broke down and remained out of service for the rest of my stay. it made getting to my room much more inconvenient. no mini bar, broken elevator

poor ventilationswollen lining
I stayed for four nights and I wasn't happy. I had issues with the room door because it wouldn't open easily. The sponge lining seemed swollen, so it was hard to get in. The hotel restaurant caused a bad smell because the ventilation was SO poor. It smelled like food all the time!

The hotel's interior design was excellent.. I particularly appreciated the careful attention to detail. The breakfast offered a nice selection of quality foods. I found the options quite satisfying.
The gym had limited equipment, so it could get crowded during peak hours.

The hotel is a great place for exploring. The reception staff are very friendly. Beds were comfortable. The service was great. The food tasted excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable. Good quality toiletries were provided. Windows could be opened a little to let in fresh air.
My room lacked a mini bar. The hotel had a restaurant inside and there was an unbearable smell due to the poor ventilation system. It was always hot and stuffy.

The staff was helpful and kind. The location proved central, near both the Tivoli park and underground stations. The interior design created a pleasing and beautiful environment. I really appreciated the closeness to the city center.
