The staff were helpful and readily available. All arrangements were punctual. I received a late check-out (the staff arranged it) so I could complete my tasks. The rooms are spacious, and I really enjoyed the lovely sea view.

The staff was friendly and helpful, especially one reception staff. Water access was right on the hotel.
The air conditioning unit was VERY loud. I used my phone to measure the noise. It was over 50 dBA (it SHOULD be max 35 dBA at night). We couldn't switch off the air con and could not open the windows because the mosquito net was SO dusty it didn't cover the bed. REALLY frustrating. It was not effective. The room temp was 25 degrees when it was 27 outside.
