Solid choice for Lamai stay

The hotel location was excellent. It was a short walk to the beach. Restaurants and bars was across from the hotel. I found two great pools available. The staff were very nice and helpful.
The room service was loud in the morning, so waking up peaceful was not possible.

Staff members were always available at reception. They provided assistance with directions. The staff was also quick to address any issues I have. They were polite and helpful.

The hotel included two swimming pools for guest use. Each pool had lounge chairs. I saw many guests enjoyed the shaded areas. The gym was a bit warm.

The location was quite central. Restaurants were in easy reach.
I found the wifi frustratingly slow.. it barely worked in my room. i had to go to the lobby to get a proper connection, annoying. it's 2024. Reliable wifi should be a given.
