tea facilitieslack of staffrun down area
the room was clean. it included tea facilities and decent toiletries.
the area seemed quite run down to me. there was no staff actually on site and i saw no breakfast facilities. i never met anyone, info came only by email.

the room was very clean and tidy. the shower in the bathroom was good. vicky provided great communication regarding check in and key details. the value was nice.
i had to drag my luggage up the stairs without help. i had to park across the road. a fold up table and chair could improve the room.

the host was accommodating, this is very important. the check in process was seamless, simple and efficient. luggage storage was a major bonus, very thoughtful. nikky was wonderful, she show me my room early without hesitation.
