modern design with heat problems
heat problem bathroom lights
the bed was very comfortable. modern design and cleanliness are present throughout the hotel.
the room was too hot. the windows could not be opened, and i had to purchase a fan for air circulation. the bathroom lights required the ipad to operate.

fantastic stay with modern comfort!
great location comfortable bed ipad control
The location was really great, close to everything. the rooms featured modern decor and a super comfortable bed. i also loved the convenience of using an ipad to control the room's lights and blinds. It was so easy to use.
Unfortunately, the room felt a bit cold as the air conditioning seemed to run constantly. I wasn't able to fully adjust the temperature to my liking, a bit annoying.

The staff were very kind and attentive. the room felt very home-like. it was nice to be able to request light cleaning when i needed fresh towels and a quick tidy. the location was good. It was close to many attractions.
i was told i needed to pay extra because of a colleague's mistake. no one contacted me later, even after i was promised a manager would call! also my email to the hotel went unanswered, frustrating.

convenient location friendly staff
I found the staff responsive and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions I had. The location was ideal, within walking distance to many attractions and offering convenient access to public transportation. The supermarket nearby was also a plus, easily stocking up on essentials.
I found no tea or coffee facilities in the room, I had to get hot water downstairs. The hot water tasted of coffee, that was not nice at all. I asked for a flat sheet but I never got one.

modern feel ipad features soft mattress
I found the lobby to be quite nice, with a modern feel. the ipad features in the room were excellent. I could stream from my phone to the tv easily! the soft mattress made for great sleep, and i really appreciated that.
The room lacked coffee facilities. I didn't find a charger i left behind the next day, a bit inconvenient.
