I found the hotel very contemporary and pleasing. the automated check-out was efficient (i hate waiting!). the front desk staff was friendly and very informative, a great first impression. i also appreciated the meticulous cleanliness of the facility. It felt fresh and cute.
The glass-walled toilet and shower in the room provided limited privacy. It might not suit all travelers.

the hotel features a free sparkling water dispenser, a nice touch. i appreciated the availability of a microwave and dishes in the kitchen area for preparing my own meals. i was also able to leave my bags without charge.

The breakfast hours were extended. I REALLY loved the variety of food. The food was Really good. I loved that I could control the lighting in the room and the bed was COMFORTABLE.
no baggage carts existed. i had to make multiple trips to the room. one person had to stay in the car to avoid getting towed.

The location was excellent, close to the Metro station. Commuting was straightforward. The room was cute and cozy. The tablet controlled lighting, total room darkening was a plus!
The front desk staff seemed indifferent. I found them to be somewhat unhelpful and not very cute.
