The room included slippers and robes. I really liked them. the bathroom had a heated floor. It was so luxurious! there was a subway entrance directly at the hotel, simplifying access to everything.
The bar felt crowded during the evenings. Service was a bit slow.

I found the location quite central. i saw cheap parking available across the street. It was separate from the hotel. the cocktails at the bar were AMAZING!!! i also slept on the most comfortable bed and pillows ever.
My room was a little stuffy. I felt i needed to run the ac frequently.

The staff did not seem to be fully informed. I had to correct invoicing errors at checkout after finding I was overcharged. the stay did not live up to expectations for the price.
