the location was acceptable. it was near a tram stop.
i found the lack of a telephone in the room inconvenient. there was no way to contact reception directly from my room. this made resolving issues more difficult.

the location proved very useful. i found the close proximity to the train station convenient for my travels. breakfast places are nearby, a room key gave 10% off. the bed was comfortable and perfect.
the Room was very SMALL and not suitable for families with kids.
