fantastic stay close to everything!

central location tasty breakfast helpful staff

I really enjoyed my time here. the location was great. It was close to the train station. the breakfast was varied and very tasty. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit.

the gym was a little small. it could use a few more machines!

the hotel is near the central railway station, a definite plus for train travelers. the staff were always ready to assist. my room was clean and well kept. breakfast had a wide variety of options.

I appreciated the panoramic view from my room, overlooking the lake. chef rachit prepared a gluten-free breakfast each morning. This was thoughtful. joseph, the waiter, remembered me from previous visits, such a delight.

my room's door shook whenever another door shut, scaring me. the sink and shower had fungus in them. i think the hotel water made me a little sick.

The hotel is a short walk from the central station. (this made getting around very easy). the room design was great. I appreciated the space, even with luggage. the bathroom was large with good ventilation.

the location next to the station meant i could hear some noise during the night from music.

poor housekeeping standards unwelcoming staff

the room design proved quite adequate, offering sufficient space for luggage and belongings.

Housekeeping standards were noticeably poor, i observed food remnants on the floor not of my doing. amenities and towels were not consistently replenished. I had to request these items daily. staff demeanor was not particularly cute and there was a distinct lack of acknowledgment regarding my concerns.
