practical designwell-equipped kitchen
The hotel is designed for practical needs and easy use. Everything is well-kept and I found the bed great. I also appreciated that the shared zone has a kitchen well-equipped with everything needed to prepare a meal.

The hotel boasts a superb location. The self check-in process was quick and easy. I found a nice communal area with ample seating. There were plenty of charging ports by the bed which was useful.
I noticed slight noise within the room perhaps from ventilation though I couldn't identify it exactly.

The check-in and check-out process was very efficient using the kiosks available. I easily obtained extra towels from the onsite staff when I needed them. Staff members were friendly and helpful.

decent stay near the metro

the hotel's location is great near the metro station. i could easily access public transportation. the staff were very helpful when i had any questions. the room was super clean and cozy.
My room had no windows. This made it too dark. better lighting is a must. also, there was no way of changing the temperature in the room. it was too hot at night and too cold in the morning.

I encountered a couple of issues. The shower hand-spray in the bathroom was broken, so I had to hold it while showering. The rain head sprayed water everywhere. there was no fridge in the room.
