The reception staff was very helpful. Nicklas provided great recommendations for local attractions (I really appreciated that). The breakfast offered many choices including Swedish meatballs. The location is convenient, placing key attractions within easy walking distance.

i found the reception staff friendly. they always offered help with directions. the room was very clean and had everything i needed. the breakfast included many options, even swedish meatballs. the location was central so everything was in walking distance.
the limited tv channels did not include many in english. this was not ideal.

the hotel is near a tunnelbahn station and this made traveling easy. the staff was very helpful and friendly. i found tea and coffee in the room, a rare amenity in european hotels. the reception area offered refills, a thoughtful touch.
i noticed a constant humming noise at night , made it hard to sleep, it seemed to come from a machine in the building. street noise was also audible from my room. i couldn't adjust the room temperature and the shower water was lukewarm.

my room faced the street and i heard a lot noise. the windows looked old and small. the power outlets were in odd spots. i found there weren't many places for storage.
