helpful staffgreat locationsqueaky floorinsufficient bathrooms
i found the staff super helpful and friendly.. the location was great, close to cool restaurants and it was easy to catch trains from cais de sobre station to explore.
the floor was quite squeaky. i seemed like i could hear every step someone took in the hallway and there were only two bathrooms for many rooms. it made it a bit challenging to get ready quickly in the morning.

i found the location convenient and easy to reach from the airport with bolt i appreciated the shared breakfast room facilities with a microwave kettle teabags and coffee available the beds were very comfy and the provided room fan was essential with hot weather the stylish design in the corridors and room made the place feel special.
noise insulation was a problem people in a neighboring room sounded like they were redoing the entire room when moving around any step or movement of their suitcase was very loud i had trouble sleeping because of this

the accommodation is easy to find when arriving from the airport using bolt uber the guesthouse is well situated for walking to various attractions shops restaurants nearby are plentiful offering different cuisines.

the room included a room fan which was really helpful during hot weather towels are provided i found the bedding to be proper and the room was kept very clean daily the room had a pleasant view.

The cleanliness was great. Rooms were serviced daily, and the shared bathrooms were super clean. The beds were super comfy and I loved the fresh towels. Coffee and tea were available in the common areas. complimentary bread in the morning. I was delighted!!!
The noise from the hallway and other rooms was noticeable. I could hear people walking and doors closing, which sometimes interrupted my sleep.

the staff was friendly enough. that was acceptable.
The noise at night was terrible. other guests slammed doors at all hours. The thin walls meant i heard everything. the lack of air conditioning made the room stuffy, it was genuinely unpleasant to sleep there.
